Sidney is a progressive, growth-oriented community of approximately 20,000 people. It is strategically located 40 miles north of Dayton, 85 miles west of Columbus, 100 miles south of Toledo, and 120 miles east of Indianapolis. Anna has a population of just under 4,000 people and is located in northern Shelby County. This quaint community is made of quality people in a beautiful rural setting, just minutes from Sidney.

Botkins is located on the east-west continental divide in west central Ohio and is a place where opportunities and people unite. People are what makes Botkins, Ohio a special community, and it shows in the various civic groups, volunteer governmental committees, volunteer fire department and park, which were built primarily with volunteer labor and donated materials.

Jackson Center is a great commercial, industrial and residential place to be. Land is available for industrial development from small to large, administrative to manufacturing. Fort Loramie, population 1,344, is located in Shelby County, about 42.1 miles from Dayton and 66.9 miles from Fort Wayne, Indiana. They are home to the annual country concert, plus beautiful lakes perfect for fishing, camping and swimming.

Russia, located in Shelby County, is a small village, and yet is still the home of several manufacturing corporations. Conveniently located near Sidney.

New Bremen is the service center for a growing area population of over 13,000. This means increased demand for goods and services. Commercial businesses are entering this exciting market place with new facilities and expanding older ones.
